Your data,
handled with care.
This page explains the main categories of information the website may process when features are enabled.
Saved reading and editorial feedback
Signed-in readers can save bookmarks and reading positions to their account. Correction reports are private to the reader and authorised editorial staff. Embedded article videos load when opened and connect to YouTube. Use the account privacy-request tool to ask for access or deletion of your stored account information.
Website enquiries
When you submit a project enquiry, the website stores the details you provide so Shivpreet Creations can respond and manage the enquiry.
Email accounts
Email signup stores your name, email and a one-way password hash. Email confirmation is required before manual sign-in. Verification and reset tokens are stored as hashes, expire and can be used only once. Resetting your password invalidates older sessions. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help limit repeated account requests. Account emails contain temporary confirmation links and are sent through the configured hosting mailbox.
Google login
If Sign in with Google is enabled and you choose to use it, the site receives identity information required to create or link your Shivpreet account. The Google account subject identifier is used as the stable account link.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only when it is configured and you grant analytics consent through the website consent control.
If WhatsApp Business integrations are enabled, messages or delivery events related to your interaction may be processed through the connected WhatsApp Business Platform configuration.
AI features
Administrative AI drafting tools are intended for approved public or non-sensitive content. They do not publish automatically. Sensitive or confidential client information should not be submitted to free-tier AI services.
Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact details published by Shivpreet Creations on this website.
Project administration and acceptance
Client onboarding may contain organisation details, objectives, budget expectations, creative references and files. Agreements retain your signed-in email, the name you enter, acceptance time and a fingerprint of the terms shown. Invoice records contain billing details and payment references. Notification records retain the recipient, message and hosting transport status so the team can coordinate your project.
Client profiles and browser sessions
Your workspace profile can include your phone, organisation and role. Project conversations may include private reference attachments. Review decisions record the responding account and time. Read markers record which shared-record updates you have marked as read.
For session management, the site stores a hash of the session identifier, your user ID, session version, browser-reported device description, activity times and revocation status. The raw session cookie is not shown in the workspace. You can end individual listed sessions or invalidate all other sessions from Profile & security.
Google Translate
If you load Google Translate from System UI Setting, Google provides a language selector and may process page text for automatic translation. The external translation script is loaded only when you choose it. Google may store a language preference cookie; automatic translations should be checked against the original text.
Appearance and accessibility
Your chosen theme, motion preference, text size and interface language are saved in this browser. Administrators can set initial light or dark defaults separately for the website, client workspace and administration.
Support and account administration
Support tickets, meeting and change requests, task assignments, delivery confirmations and privacy requests may be retained with the project. Authorised staff can maintain private account notes and an administration action log. Export and deletion requests are reviewed by the team; submitting a request does not automatically delete records. Optional project email notices can be grouped or disabled in your workspace preferences.
Staff two-step login
When enrolled, authenticator secrets are encrypted and recovery codes are stored as one-way hashes. Used authenticator time steps and recovery codes are tracked to prevent reuse.
Collaboration and client work
Talent and content submissions may include portfolio links, availability, synopsis and rights information. Event registrations contain contact details and attendance notes. We use these details to review submissions and respond to the requested activity.
Signed-in client workspaces contain project briefs, conversations, proposals, deliverables and review decisions. Access is restricted to the assigned client account, designated organisation members and permitted staff. Internal notes remain available only in administration; assigned project contacts are shared with clients.
To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact the team through the contact page. Do not submit confidential master files or sensitive identity information through public submission forms.
