Make room for the right idea.

A thoughtful brief. A clear scope. A shared direction. Here is how we bring the practical details around the creative work.

From ambition
to a shared plan.

Film, events, media and digital projects each need a different approach. What connects them is a clear conversation about purpose, people, responsibilities and delivery.

01

Start with purpose

Tell us what you want the work to achieve. Define the audience, the setting and the decision or feeling you want to create. Share what is confirmed and what still needs exploration.

02

Build the brief

Use your client workspace to share references, dates, budget expectations and practical requirements. The team can discuss the brief with you before the scope is agreed.

03

Agree the shape

Review the proposal, deliverables, timeline and quotation. Your project agreement brings the responsibilities, review rounds and payment milestones into one place.

04

Prepare the work

For a shoot or production, align the schedule, location, people and equipment. A shared call sheet gives the people involved a practical plan for the day.

05

Review with context

Open the files shared in your project workspace. Give specific feedback tied to the agreed brief, or record your approval when a deliverable is ready.

06

Close with clarity

Review your invoice and recorded receipts, confirm the remaining handover items and keep the approved documents together. For distribution, the team maintains a separate record of verified licence terms.

A stronger starting point

What to bring
to the first conversation.

You do not need a finished treatment to begin. A concise explanation of the goal, the intended audience and the constraints is enough to open a useful discussion.

  • Your organisation, project contact and decision makers.
  • The service or creative outcome you are exploring.
  • Confirmed dates, locations and delivery formats.
  • A realistic budget range or a request for scoped options.
  • Brand materials and references you have permission to share.
  • Any accessibility, language, rights or venue requirements.

Practical questions

Clear answers.
Better collaboration.

Where do I find my project documents?

Sign in and open Client Portal from your account or the footer. Projects and business documents appear when the team assigns them to the email you use to sign in.

Can I change a brief after submitting it?

You can update an available onboarding brief and continue the project conversation. Changes to an agreed scope should be discussed with the team before additional work begins.

What happens when I accept an agreement?

The site records the document fingerprint, your signed-in email, the name you enter and the time of acceptance. The accepted terms remain locked; revised terms require a new document.

Can I pay directly through the portal?

The current portal displays the payment instructions supplied by the team and the receipts recorded by administration. Payment gateways are not enabled in this release.

How are films considered for distribution?

Use the film submission form with your synopsis, viewing link and rights information. Submission starts a review; it does not confirm representation, licensing or distribution.

Who sees my uploaded project files?

Files shared through private workspaces are accessible to the assigned client account and authorised administrators. Use the workspace for project references and review files rather than a public submission form.
